That is the one problem I am trying to fix before it gets too bad.

Yesterday I had a low blood pressure episode fo about 70/28 and the BP machine failed the second reading. For about a hour I sit and hydrate on house tea.

Volumed out the blood vessals and BOOM back to 160/130 which has to be allowed to come back down.

If the kidneys quit you have several problems. And it will not be a day or two before you are really sick as in need of life support and dialysis. That's not living. Removing waste three times a week at god only knows how much billing.

The main thing is can you fix it Doc? Otherwise shoot me out back. LD100 of fent would do nicely.

there's a reason why back in 1991 I created my CB handle and I've kept it ever since even though I hardly ever use a CB no more. I use it on my Google I use it on my YouTube and a whole lot more the only difference is when I created it there supposed to be a the... Not trucker kev paid tourist trucker kev the paid tourist...
I just don't know how to change it
doesn't really list many options other than having to create a whole new account so it's not worth it..
but that's one thing I'm not afraid to do when I know I have plenty of time one thing I've never work for companies that would kill you literally I've seen too many people have that happen that's the other good thing about having a safe driving record I could choose to go where I want.
but I've never at the stamina even when I started to want to drive 500 Miles straight through.
car so much interstate now but after about a hundred fifty miles or so I like to stop for about 20 minutes I don't care about a 30-minute break I stopped when I feel like it sometimes my 30-minute break lasts an hour and I really don't care..

80,000 lbs did also cross my mind but I was asking a very simple question , sorry to confuse you.
If I asked you about miles per gallon or tire pressure would you also tell me how much the truck weighs haha

Yes. Both of those effect MPG and are paramount to achieving good MPG.

Let me add. Backing, low bridges, black ice, wind, loads shifting, 4 wheelers doing stupid ####. Those are worries that experience can help mitigate.

Going to the bathroom is simple planning and pulling over in a safe approved spot like a rest area or TS. Yes there’s more nuance than that... your trainer will understand. You’re not going to work for Six. You’ll be fine.

Might try it ! I am usually fine and can go a few hours and more. I was just wondering if you get with a trainer who don't want to stop or gets upset what then.
I wouldn't want to have to change trainers but maybe some trainers should not be trainers. I am sure there are a lot of great trainers out there and hope I get one.

I'm Right with ya Brother. I was terrified of having to go over the road with a trainer because of my bathroom habits.

I drink a big pot of coffee for 3-4 hours In The morning . This all goes well for a while but once the caffeine peeing urge sets in its have to stop every hour.

From noon on I drink LaCroix over ice. Some days some really watered down unsweetened ice tea .

Usaully in bed I can kill 16 ounces of water through out the night as I roll over and wake up thirsty.

Needless to say I carry three 64 oz Simply Lemonade jugs that have a built in handle . Best Pee Container ever made.

I used to bypass Chicago going from Michigan to Wisconsin 4 times a week. I planned my pee ahead of time before I hit that long 2 hour stretch on a good day , 4 on a bad .

And when I do get stuck behind the wheel for 4 hours because of traffic when I do pull over I get out of the truck and walk around it. The first minute is like learning to walk again for the 55 yo not to mention getting some feeling back in my legs ,and that is with a brand new Legacy seat.

I don't know how you Super Truckers do 6-8 hours in a old worn out seat, I would be paralyzed at the end of that shift. I did 6 because of a absolute had to be there winter run with no where I dared pull off. Never again

The Oasis are usaully jam packed so I if needed I just whip up to the pump and take a 2 minute squirt in my bottle and roll out but sometimes their so packed and such a ClusterFrik that I avoid them as much as possible .

I never stop on the ramps. My company forbids it and I don't like it especially in that area. .

I take 5 minutes every 2 hours or so and pull into a rest stop and take a pee in my bottle , stretch. Fill my cups full of ice. Pour some liquids and grab a light snack from the fridge , usaully raw vegatables and roll out .

I easily fill the 3 a day and they get emptied daily when I wiz into the rest stop. I pretty much have all my locations figured out where I dump them without getting out of the truck , usaully over a sewer drain.

Spray a bunch of windex in them every time after their emptied to keep them fresh and throw them out after a month. I have a unlimited supply being that my friends drink it, not for me I don't do sugary or sweeteners .

On the subject of cleanliness , me being a germaphobe that went to level Red after seeing the Disgusting characters in this business , not to mention I haul raw milk out of farms where the door handles are used by the same guys with a rubber glove that goes to their shoulder covered in cow feces .

A roll of paper towels and a spray bottle of vinegar. Hands get sprayed and wiped every time I re enter truck not to mention wheel and knobs and handles.

I grab a big wad of brown paper towels while fueling and hose down the floor with vinegar and wipe it down daily , shoes off while inside.

Got sick monthly before I started doing this been cold- flu free for 18 months. Doesn't dry out your hands and no chemicals killing you.

And so the peeps who are going to pile on me now- never emptied where someone would walk, unlike some dog owners.

I got my CDL with probably the same mega you are going with.

Lucked out and got hurt on my hometime before I did my over the road training with them.

Ended up going to work hauling milk out of Michigan so no in cab trainer,

They just tested me out for and hour and concluded the same Thing I told them. My shifting sucks, because double clutching is Stupid but that's what they required. And told me to take it slow and easy.

I know this is going to gross a lot of people out but I got a bucket with a seat and I throw a good heavy duty 13 gallon bag over the seat and into the bucket and do my business.

I have IBS. Have had it for 45 years. When I gotta go I gotta go. Especially the second I roll out of bed..

Bag gets tied up and dropped down into the bucket and a new bag thrown over it so it is ready to go in an emergency and it seals the bottom bag in. Emptied daily and discreetly thrown in the dumpster not a trash can. I bleach out the bucket every other day even though it is always clean , just like things tidy.

I have a cabinet in my Western star that the bucket and 3 pee bottles all fit in separate from everything else.

Best cure for my IBS is eating an Avacado a day. Been back down in Florida the last 2 months. Crappy avacadoes and more expensive than the ones I buy up in Michigan.

But if I take a few days off from them it is night and day with my bathroom habits.

Oh so to get to my point about peeing with a trainer onboard.

I was going to buy a Stadium bag and strap it to my leg.

It is Amazing how much water you can drink down here and never pee if your working hard out in the yard or something.
I have been a thirsty kid since birth. Used to drive my mom crazy how much milk I always drank.

Don't Even get me started on beer.

With a trainer, just stop and use restrooms. Being stuck in a truck with another man, it's best to stop frequently and use restrooms. The rest of your questions, when you are solo. There are solutions. You don't have to live and act like an animal. There is no need to litter or make anyone else clean up your mess, unless you are undisciplined slob with poor upbringing. Solo is MUCH easier than training. During training you have to live on another man's schedule in his truck.

You can equip the truck for anything you can plan for. The guys making awful messes are the guys that pretend some things will never happen and then when that something does happen they have no plan and no gear. Those guys blame the universe for not thinking about them.
