Thats my biggest worry when I hit the road. If I eat correctly then I don't have those terrible urges to go when driving. But, if I eat crap, I know its going to catch me when its 50 miles to the nearest exit and I am screwed.

How do you all do it? As far as eating as healthy as possible? I have thought of having a cooler of fruits and veggies along with some sandewich meat sot that I eat good stuff and not fast food crap.

every now and then I will grab that one sandwich that makes me sick, for the most part, I try to stay away from greasy foods, its not good for your skin or heart. It's the grease that makes you sick. coolers work great, but I would reccomend a small fridge, keeps food fresher longer, you can get good deals over at costco or sams club.:smt109

Carry a bottle of alcohol-based anti-bacterial hand cleaner. Most of the time it is not the food, but the germs on your hands touching the food that get into your gut and do harm. Still, I would never trust sandwiches from a truck stop. Who is making them, and how clean are their hands? IMHO, carry your own food as much as possible.

This Is The Best Post I Have Seen In A Long Time!
I Like The Millitary Dudes Post....i Would Definately Carry That Porta Camping Toilet....with A Hefty Sack....and Instead Of Sawdust....try Kitty Litter...that Might Cut Back On The Scent In That Emergency. Hand Cleansing Anti Bacterial Cream Is A Great Idea Too. That's Where Most Of The Germs Are Going To Be Transferred....from Your Hands. Keep Some Pepto And Mylanta.
This Is A Thread Dealing With Real Life Issues Most People Don't Like To Talk About. It Stinks Like Crap........but This Thread Rocks!
