How old are the batteries? I would think one or 2 batteries Arent holding a charge and have Very Possibly lost their cranking power.Barring something draining batteries quickly (unlikely) or poor connections(loose/ corroded)...It sounds like 1 or 2 bad batteries Bad with the others right behind soon. Can even oreilly or some place load test each battery for free with their portable tester.Alternator puts out good juice, but batteries Quickly lose charge when sitting.Should still be able to start truck after 5 days of sitting(even with computer draining them) in springtime weather.JMOKB3MMX Thanks this.

Lol !!.....If you think $150 is expensive you're in the wrong business. Pissing around with that crap just costs more time and money than its worth .. keep it working not fooling with batteries all the time.
If you want longer life get a better batteryfrito bandito Thanks this. -
What battery is better? What brand in your opinion or experience?
-
Enersys Odyssey extreme series or Northstar , best your can buy.
Is that what you're asking? -
No, more like what's the best brand that can be purchased easily. I'm using Napa batteries now they are stated Made in USA, I used to use O'Reilly they used to have good warranty up to 72 month prorated but they've done away with the 72 month warranty now it's 36 month free replacement and the batteries are made in Mexico so no more. Those exotic batteries you mention are not readily available and I think they are just scams for those with lose coins and no brain.

They're a factory battery option, maybe you can take it up with Volvo. Lol.
Since you have no experience with them we'll leave it at that.
Both made in the USA.
