    03 pete. 379 c15 10 speed.
    Old werner truck.
    Great shape runs like crazy .
    But when i park for 3 days or so and with every thing off batteries get really really low on crankibg amps.

    Old batteries (anything over two years)? Electrical system short? Charging system working at full capacity (including battery post/cable connections, grounding straps, etc.)?

    Probably just worn out. You can get batteries at Freightliner for $72 each.

    Start with batteries they’re cheap and it’s always good to have new ones once in awhile

    had this happen to me , chasing a draw, ended up being the alternator,i never would of thoght but i guess the capacitor can steady suck er down
