IF your truck is engine OFF YOUR INVERTER NEEDS TO BE INVERTER OFF.
What part of RIDGELINE do you fail to Understand?
IF you are running optiidle, find anther employer who is not that stupid. And quit bruning out your electronics doing this.
I am not familiar with Maxwell, I am assuming in absence of a slight description that it is on the inverter to be able to crank the Tractro's main engine up front however really big it is. If that is the case then I think it's really cool. As long you have a inverter that is alive and supplying power and fuel. -
I'm at Crete/Shaffer and sounds like they don't have things like apus to prevent using optidle usage because they claim it's like a inverter. Also currently they're based off what I see the best paying I can currently get so can't really go elsewhere. It's .51 cpm btw. I don't remember having this issue in the 2019 frieghtliner I had at werner. So I feel like they either didn't set it up right or it's just this 2015 truck

a Maxwell ESM is a Ultracapacitor. the truck charges it in 5-10 min. after you start the truck, it holds 1,800 cca it NOT your trucks batteries starts the truck. with it charged you could start the truck with it and a lawnmower battery. the only battery power need to start the truck is enough to turn on the trucks computers.... not cheap at $1,000 plus $200-$400 install but then again even if your batteries are dead it will still start SOooo
using a ESM your invertor will not have the power drop when you start it.
Maxwell Technologies Engine Start Module: for saving money, it’s the fleet service manager’s choiceroshea Thanks this.
