I have a 2013 Volvo with cummins. Issue I'm having is once I shut truck down and give it about 5 minutes or so it shuts all power to truck off. Nothing else running but fridge. Ideas?? Truck starts back up no problem.

Your fridge is a big drain on your batt. have all batt. dis. then ck. each one, the low batt. shut off is doing its job, turn off fridge then dont open door to it.

I don't know how your truck is wired but the fridge works because most likely it's plugged into the inverter which is wired directly to the batteries and independently of the truck.

You wouldn't be able to start your truck if your fridge was draining your bank of batteries in 5 minutes. You have another problem, ignore the fridge, that's only the source of one problem, your spare tire. LOL

Could it be a bad kill switch issue shutting off all power in cab?
