battery hook up

    I took my batteries out in the fall and I neglected to mark which wire went where. Rookie mistake!!! I have a 3 battery system on a 1997 T600. Any info would be appreciated. thnx

    I would suggest getting a multimeter and checking continuity between the cable lugs and the frame. Whichever ones read 0 ohms or very close to 0 will likely be attached to the negative battery terminals. I would then follow the wires and confirm where they are going to just to be safe. Anything going to the frame/engine block etc should be a ground wire.

    Your batteries are wired in parallel. All the negatives hooked together and all the positives all together.
