Battery issues any ideas

My truck has 4 battery's, company truck, 7 month old kooltron cooler, the shop says they checked them each separately, Swift shops are not the smartest mechanics I've met some real dumb oones I issues for first few months using same items

before u bash me for working for Swift it's not the worst place to work I heard tons of bad stuff before I started but I haven't seen it I make great money have a brand new truck always get great miles its my first driving job and I made $43,000 last yr not bad my 1st yr as a driver, ya trucks are slow but I'm happy here for now I'm averaging $900 to $1200 a week but I'm a hard runner 1 day off a week for restart every 6 days but I take no longer than 10hrs off before next load also on a Walmart keeps me 160 miles from home and runs me near home several days a week if I wanna stop home and see wife n kids or take a10hr break, may move on sooner or later but
