This isnt so much a freightliner problem ( i assume) but since they gave me a cascadia here it goes. Over night sometimes the battery stops running i guess? So the inside lights or cigarette lighter things wont work untill i turn the truck on again. I dont keep my lights on or anything plugged in except for my cooler which is my one and only appliance i have. It sucks because then my stuff might get spoiled and i wont even know. Is that normal or is there someway i can stop it from doing that?
Battery turns off

Sounds like it is "load shedding". It will start shutting things down when the battery gets low to save enough juice to start the truck.
Maybe the batteries are old or something Is draining them quickly. -
Them coolers suck so much juice they will have the truck go on battery protect when they get so low, you might try unplugging the cooler at night while never opening the cooler after that to preserve any foods or every few hours run the truck to recharge.

I drove Freightliners that would sound an audible (barely audible) alarm for a minute before the batterery protect shut off all of the non essentials. If yours shuts off at night after the truck has ran all day then you should have your batteries tested.

Could be a simple thing as a dirty connection which is a warning that cleaning them soon may not leave you stranded in a winter storm when it drops below freezing. It is going to be snowing down low pretty soon so get prepared.

I'll keep all that in mind thanks for the replies

Have your batteries checked, they're probably weak and old.
A cooler doesn't draw as many amps as a refrigerator and when I have my Norcold refrigerator on, the batteries can go as long as ten hours without activating the LVD (Low Voltage Disconnect).Lazy Thanks this.
