The real problem is that land values are so high because everybody wants to live and work in paradise. The only problem is that after everybody tries to move there it's not paradise anymore.
It's gotten to where there are hardly any good hiding places left that I know of. Westley is good if you're coming from the south, there are a couple of places off 80 around Vallejo. There is some parking right off the 280 freeway if you're on the penninsula and I have a good spot off the east side of the Dumbarton Bridge.
Pretty pathetic.
I think we need a federal law creating safe harbors (parking) for trucks along all interstate highways. The law should also forbid counties and municipalities to post parking restrictions aimed at trucks along highways used for interstate transportation.
It seems like everybody wants their stuff delivered by some invisible means. They sure don't want any trucks around.
