    Well boys, time to get back to work, even though I really don't want to!

    I really wanted to be over on the coast watching my grandson's all-star team compete in a tournament. They play 6 games between yesterday and today. They went 3-0 yesterday and are looking pretty good to win the tournament!

    Happy Father's Day to you dads out there. Hopefully you get to spend some time to be with or talk to your dad today. I wish I could with mine, however, he's been gone for over 30 years.

    My daughter in law was nice enough to keep me posted yesterday while I was traveling. The boys swept the tournament in 6 games. I was really excited when she reported my grandson had slugged one about 285' over the wall. Not too bad for a 12 year old ;-).

    Things here have pretty well stabilized...at least for the moment. I've made all the plans and arrangements I can so I'm trying to set up to leave after my dentist appointment in the morning.

    Since I made the decision to get my CDL a little over two years ago, life has been in a constant state of upheaval. In the past couple days it's become quite clear that the only life I really have left is the job. All that's left is to do it the very best I can.
