I have some better pics I'll throw up later, that one was literally taken from across the street. I kinda thought the same, but she's pretty dang long.

However long it is it'll be a good truck for you. Can't wait to see it's new paint job.

I agree. I’ll dig it. With some fresh paint it will be a nice ride.

Well, for any of you that care to know, here's another update ;-)

Tomorrow marks week 17 since jumping back on the "lose weight & get healthier" bandwagon.

I'm down 60 lbs. Loss rate has definitely slowed, however, 60 in 17 weeks ain't too bad.

The APAP usage is definitely taking effect now. I'm sleeping very well, feel rested throughout day and just have a clearer head.

It's hard to explain exactly, especially since I was fighting the whole sleep apnea thing in the beginning, it appears that dealing with it head on, not only through positive air pressure being administered through the mask while sleeping, but taking other measures via diet and exercise, is definitely working.

As I've noted previously, my blood pressure has completely normalized. Shortness of breath while walking just a short distance from the truck to an office, etc, is beginning to minimize.

I've noticed that instead looking for the closest spot to park in order to access a place, I'm now anticipating and enjoying parking farther away so I can get in some good walking.

Other than that, hope ya'll have a nice weekend!

Scooter, you do know that losing the weight is the easy part?
Keeping that weight off for good is the hard part.

Of course, man. I previously noted that I'm an expert on weightloss. Keeping it off longterm, is another story ;-)

I will say this. I have a HUGE incentive to get in better shape and stay in shape, my livelihood depends on it!

Specifically, the emphasis some DOT certifying physicians are placing on the subject of sleep apnea.

I fought it and lost. In the end run, it could end up being the event that changes and extends my life.

    Oh, the irony :)

its like me with smoking. Quitting is easy. Not lighting one later in the day is not so easy.
