He's probably shoving smelling salts up his nose to regain control of his bladder after he saw his settlement today lol .

It's all good except...
Woke up after a 3 hour nap to make up for being awake for 26 hours. Cranked the truck and she was stumbling and sputtering like it was going to shake itself to pieces. CEL comes on so I kick the display over to the Fault screen. Water in Fuel it says. Shut her off, got out into a monsoon, popped the hood and my fuel filter was half full of water. Crap. Out come the tools and I swapped out filters in that down pour. Fired her up and she stumbles and splitters for about 20 seconds, then smooths out and runs fine.
Stopped, filled up, dropped some Howes MPK in it and were off like a herd of turtles. Heavy load, foot to the floor and the dash says 6.4 mpg. Big difference. Then it got very windy and very warm. Found out the cabin a.c. ain't working very well, fortunately I can run my apu while driving and the aft a.c. will freeze you out. It got up to 80 dang degrees today, so I think I'm just going to get sick and be done with it...lol
More later ...Shock Therapy, Vic Firth and bzinger Thank this. -

Got home at 0600. Unfortunately, I have to head out around 1900 to make my delivery this evening.
Don't like doing these, however, it's the hand I dealt myself in order to keep my rate per mile up. I looked at DAT's truck to load report for earlier this week on my L.A. north run and it was 8 trucks to 1 load availability.
No wonder the brokers were posting loads so cheap. My, how that changed quickly
All though, it is February after all.Oxbow, Vic Firth and Broke Down 69 Thank this.
