    Uuhhhhh, what? Where are you?

If your with you lady, what the Healll are you doing here.

Now, not only you gonna need flowers, chocolates and steaks ( recomend actually going out to a nice place for them ) but a bottle of really nice wine too.

As a last resort you could just go to jewelry.......

Guess everyone has to grow up and settle down eventually. Keep at her. Persistence will win out.

And once you win her back, you are going to have to work on a balance between her and the truck. She wants to be your priority, and in the past you have allowed the job to be the priority over her. Ya can't repeat that same mistake if you want her to stick around. If this carrier doesn't allow for that balance, then you will have to find another.

Ok, first I'll answer the questions.

    Where was I?
    I was at the hotel...waiting.

Why did I post that I missed my girl?
She was running very late, crap happens.

Other than that, we talked and worked things out. I always understood her view, she now has a better understanding of mine.

The flowers really helped, she's not a chocolate person but she loves a good steak, so Johnny's to the rescue...lol.

On a load now up to Plymouth, Wisconsin with the loudest reefer on the planet. Just another truckin day.

    More later...

So you're that guy with the noisy reefer trailer!

Well, I'm back to experimenting with running more local. Sort of border to border. Got in with a couple more decent brokers who have been treating me okay.

Just finishing up this week and I will have run right at $5,000 revenue on just under 2k miles. However, one of the nice benefits is that I will of been home 7 out of 7 days and sleeping in my own bed 5 nights out of those 7 days. Which as you know, I do like my home time ;-)

Drive, unload. Drive, reload. Drive a little and park when I realize I'm about to run through Chicago...at the height of rush hour on a Friday when I've got 360 miles to run by 0515 Sunday morning. Once in a great while I try to use the old coconut.

    More later...

Means you got half a day for polishing. Working on the left side of the truck now. Started with sanding. 180 grit followed by 320 and then 2 passes of 600 grit. Then heavy cutting wheel with the black 87 stainless rouge. Then primary cutting wheel with the tripoli brown rouge. Now giving my back a moment before wiping it down and going to the secondary cut. That will leave just two more passes for final shine.

I see why why the polish shop in wildwood is always packed. This #### sucks. Still tho, couldn't see paying 2500 bucks plus have to leave my truck for a full week 200 miles from the house to do what i can do
