I'm alright, just busy as hell...mostly dodging snowstorms and Chicago, pretty much in that order. I've not even had enough time or energy to completely digest my last settlement, beyond the fact that it was very nice. I'm working on a few.things back at the yard tomorrow and should have a little spare time after that.
More later...

The injector sags continues...
Threw an injector code for #3 cylinder misfire on the way to the yard. This is the same code that led me to replace all the injectors a couple weeks back. Now let's be clear here, the injectors needed replacing, and they provided a huge gain in power and milage... right up to the point that I dropped a cylinder again. The troubleshooting tree for this is pretty long and the mechanics have gone to lunch, but I'm certainly hoping they can get to the bottom of this pretty quick, I have two very high paying loads hanging in the balance, I have to pick up the first of the two by 1400 tomorrow. I'll keep this updated as I learn more.Shock Therapy, daf105paccar and Tug Toy Thank this. -
Quit running bio if at all possible if your injectors shot that's all I can sayNoBigHurry, Shock Therapy and Broke Down 69 Thank this.

At this point I'm thinking I may have an issue in the harness but that's really not much more than a gut feeling...a nicer way of say WAG, I suppose.Shock Therapy Thanks this.

I thought they did a harness last time?

Yea that seems more likely than an injector croaking if you just did them. What you got in that for a motorShock Therapy Thanks this.

The connectors between the injectors and harness were replaced. My gut tells me we got a bad one on #3. Weird coincidence, but then all coincidences are strange to some degree or another.Shock Therapy and Tug Toy Thank this.

I'm going through the same thing with injectors now, 3 weeks in the shop and they're clueless. Keep on it, talk to as many people as you can about what might be wrong, and don't get roped into more bs than it needs. Before that it was a $10 fuse on the SCR system. I've been able to run 1 load in 4 months, and the SCR nonsense cost me $9000 and they're estimating $9000 for the injector troubleshooting(it's still not even diagnosed properly).
