    Well, I finally went back to work yesterday for a few hours. I'm booked with about 1300 all miles at $2.60 a mile thru Saturday morning with only 1 night away from home in this cycle, which is about as hard as I wanna work these days ;-)

    And the dream rolls on...

    Blown drive tire. Dang near brand new. Just had the pressures set at the yard and they were perfect when I pretripped this morning.

    Dang, I can't seem to catch a break...lol.

    Michelin.

    Less than 45k on it and it blew the whole side out. Looks like it bubbled.

    I have not been real impressed with them, drives or steers. This one goes back to the tire shop with the strong suggestion that they replace it on their dime.

    I don't like recaps. I read a informative explanation about how if you personally know what condition of the core tire is then they can be trusted but most of the donor tires have been curbed and wore hard and don't last long. I'm not sure but I think it might have been written by Double Yellow.
