Okay I was wondering what was going on there. I won't put retreads on anywhere on my truck or trailer they're just too much of a gamble I think. My old man's had his set of retread Michelins on for whats got to be 120,000 by now though so maybe I'm just chicken.

When i stopped to do my first load check after they changed out the tires i found the recap on one tire was gone. It still held air and the side walls were there.Broke Down 69, Tug Toy and Shock Therapy Thank this. -
Have no problem with running caps. The quality and life span has more to do with who did the work.

I've had my ups and downs with caps over the years and they have they're place , but not on this truck as I'm heavy a lot .
