BD69: The Owner Operator Chronicles

Yeah, it's a lot in a short period of time. Those are the kind of numbers folks lose after bariatric surgery. However, the initial loss is always bigger due to fluid retention reduction. Unfortunately, this isn't my first weight-loss rodeo over the years, so, I'm very adept at how my body reacts and responds to the process.

All I can do is keep at it..

Have to say one of the best things is cutting out the sodas. Same for artificial sweeteners and high fructose corn syrup.

Dang, you could guarantee the Winter Olympics would have snow.
