But i think ttr mods shouldn't be so quick with three ban hammer, they should give the spammers time to state what their business name is so we know who NOT to do business with.Shock Therapy, Feedman, Broke Down 69 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Second week of June was pretty good for me. I dialed it back to 2,000 last week as opposed to the 2,650 miles I ran the previous week. Almost wore me out, like I needed a week's vacation to recover
Anywho, the rates are really nice right now. Last week I expressed to a broker who has been great to work with, that although I really like doing business with him, I was concerned I might be leaving money on the table. He bumped my rate by 15% almost instantly. That was following a 20% bump last month as well
My running average is $3.05 ALL miles for the month. Which is, as I say, not too bad for a window licking dry van operator on the I-5 in the PNW.Vic Firth, Panhandle flash, Tug Toy and 6 others Thank this. -
Also, a follow-up on my health focus. As of today I'm down 43 lbs in 9 weeks. My goal is a 100 lb loss, yes, I know, I'm fat! LOL
I went to see my doctor yesterday for a follow-up. His PA asked me how I've managed to lose that much weight so far. I responded, "the only way I know how."
She gave a puzzled look, "how's that?"
To which I responded, "eat less and move a little more!" Real scientific, eh?
Anyways, here's the kicker. My doctor asked me to do a home sleep study test, so, I did. The results showed I have "Mild" sleep apnea. Not moderate, not severe, MILD! I averaged 9.4 apneas per hour lasting no more than 1 second per event.
Guess what I get to wear at night now?1951 ford, Shock Therapy, daf105paccar and 1 other person Thank this.
