I voluntarily took.a sleep study....teeth grinding/snoring, etc and ended up with a CPAP....best thing ever! 6 hours of sleep and I am very well rested, no mid-day drowsiness....feel 10 years younger!

 

It takes time to unwind coming off the road, our bodies adapt to a particular pattern and system of doing things and it's just not that easy turning it off. Think Jet Lag.

Hopefully the situation with your father is settled appropriately. Are you spending time with your children?

Since I'm abstaining, have a couple of extra bisquits & gravy, pancakes with lots of maple syrup, crunchy hashbrowns, crispy bacon, sausage, sourdough toast with gloms of butter and jam, orange juice, large milk and lots of coffee with cream and sugar

My mom calls me Dan lately. That's my deceased (middle) brother; he died about 6 years ago. I'm Tom, the Baby. Dennis is the oldest. It's tough, at best. Always thinking about ya, Derek.
