Scooter. Good job on taking the weight down.
The big thing is calories, in and out.
Bet your blood pressure went down.
Keep the trend going, willing to bet that cpap goes away as well.

I voluntarily took.a sleep study....teeth grinding/snoring, etc and ended up with a CPAP....best thing ever! 6 hours of sleep and I am very well rested, no mid-day drowsiness....feel 10 years younger!

Anytime I come home it seems that I need to get back on the road just to get some rest. It caught up to me at my best friend's house yesterday. He came to the hospital to see my Dad and invited me over for dinner. I drove over at 1600 and approximately 1630 I was passed out asleep on his couch in front of the US Open...lol. Snapped awake at 2200, realized he brought me a pillow and blanket and went right back to sleep. Just woke up and were about to go to a little hole in the wall diner that makes the best breakfast on planet Earth. I'm going to try and just relax today and not deal with anything I don't have to. Dad is in and out of situational awareness, but he understood my plan yesterday...hope he remembers today.

    More later...

It takes time to unwind coming off the road, our bodies adapt to a particular pattern and system of doing things and it's just not that easy turning it off. Think Jet Lag.

Hopefully the situation with your father is settled appropriately. Are you spending time with your children?

Since I'm abstaining, have a couple of extra bisquits & gravy, pancakes with lots of maple syrup, crunchy hashbrowns, crispy bacon, sausage, sourdough toast with gloms of butter and jam, orange juice, large milk and lots of coffee with cream and sugar ;-)

My mom calls me Dan lately. That's my deceased (middle) brother; he died about 6 years ago. I'm Tom, the Baby. Dennis is the oldest. It's tough, at best. Always thinking about ya, Derek.
Tough year, however you cut the cookie, or season the coffee.

    Best wishes, bro.
