    Yes, it is lovely. We have a waterfront, where you can buy crack rocks with ease. We have a wonderful downtown strip, where you can buy crack rocks at your convenience. There's a beautiful airport district on the south side, and the port of stockton boasts several stunning industrial sites, of dilapidated silos of years long gone. If you want to buy some methamphetamine, get your car stolen, or be murdered, this is the place for you. A beautiful and lovely place to raise your children...to become products of their environment, and that means a product of the prison system. Stockton is a beautiful place to live; the skyline really lights up at night from all the smoking gun barrels... and red/blue police sirens flashing. You really should come out here sometime and smell the piss in the air

    WOW, what a post. You probably just described any big city in our wonderful country that may or may not be near water. Milwaukee isn't any better. Don't forget the litter blowing in the wind. You can get away from it up north (Wis.) but that brings up a whole different set of problems.

    In VT you must 1st be a cop. Then get a job at DMV. All in Vermont are caps but working for DMV

    I'm thinking of doing the just to give the dummies and their are alot in this industry a reason to find another job. It is a state position. Chp is always looking for inspectors.

    What kind of requirements do they have? Do you first have to become a CHP cop to be an inspector?
