Becoming a trainer and..

So if you were training a female and she was making sexual advances and groping you it would be okay?

You're the trainer, they're the trainee. Doesn't matter male or female, gay or straight, if someone is misbehaving, handle it. You're the professional and they're in training, act accordingly or don't be a trainer.

 

100% agree here. If you dont have the maturity to handle this professionally. Wich doesn't include taking a swing at someone because they acting unprofessional... Than maybe you shouldn't a trainer.

Here some advice

Stop seeking drama. You already have a felony and by the way your speaking sounds like your looking for anouther one. If you cant avoid drama avoid people. Being a trainer doesn't sound like it will end well for you.... But what do i know..

 

I am surprised we didnt get @otterinthewater to post here. He has been having a interesting time with trainees.

 

What am I going to say after @TripleSix and @Ridgeline post?

Train? Don’t train? It’s up to you. Past experiences with other people should just teach you everyone is different. Do your best. Set up a set of rules and follow them.

I guess I’m just making this up as I go.

Perhaps you trainer types, the real ones...not the Dumb and Dumber participants, could cooperate and make the Trainer’s Bible. It could actually help the industry and inspire the people who actually take pride in training competent drivers.
