    Why would you wanna buy a truck and lease on with XYZ company, to be no more than over glorified company driver?

    Go ahead and get your own authority.
    get your own trailer of choice. ( would suggest research )
    Ohhh, wait, I remember. that takes too much planning.
    Even with SOME of the sorriest of brokers you can make the same as an lease / purchase / o/o wanna be.
    If you are going to be independent, then be independent!!!!Ohhh wait, back up, strike that!
