Bed Liners ??

    I am buying my first dump truck with an aluminum bed. The bed is in good shape and I want to protect it. It already has the hardware in the bed to install a bed liner. What is the best liner to install ? I will be hauling all size of rock including large rip rap. Will be needing one that will handle shock and abrasion.

    The ones I have seen were umhv (I think that is right) but mainly for it's slickness, not sure how well it will dispence shock.
    In the past I have driven some that were wood lined for some bigger rock, haven't seen one of those for years.

    i wouldn't even load rip rap in a aluminum dump with a liner unless you want it beat to hell in short order. i don't even really care to load rip rap im my side dump and you can tip the tub up and roll them into that. there's no way around dropping them into a dump truck.
