Good question, but if you're doing volume, I suspect they built that debt up pretty quickly, and the late responses weren't noticed soon enough to suppress the losses as they were ongoing and probably in warning mode as it continued. Considering this suit was filed against them in 2019, some of that debt may have been from some of the loads I ran in 2017...before it started showing up in late payments.
