And this is what it making it hard for people to take any driver seriously that is trying to push awareness of hos issues. How about grow up and stop making it harder by acting childish?

    You went to elogs.

    "Had no choice, Six."

There's always a choice. Stay in or get out.If Hickory had won, I was liquidating everything and stepping south. But the money is moving once again, so I have a little more time to bank. No I do not like elogs, nor do I like the people that need them to "level the playing field" by helping people who are so stupid that they can't figure out when they need to drive and when they need to sleep. And no I don't think putting a bunch of cattleprods in cars and trucks is the right thing to do. And I actually hope that you smile every time you see a fatal accident on the road.

You had a complaint about losing 30%. Do you need help? Doing what you're doing is like an auto mechanic that works on manual transmissions complaint how most cars are auto. I love manual transmissions. Even have one in my sports car...then again is it really sporty with an automatic? Anyways, if this mechanic whose bread and butter was manual trannies got upset about all the autos instead of manuals cutting into his money, what should he do?

Either go high end and build racing trannies, sequential dog geared gear boxes OR learn how to deal with the slush boxes.

STUPID is the new fad in America. By the time they realize that was a mistake, there won't be any more America. Everything in everyone's way of life will be dumbed down so that Stupid can be competitive. If you need help, I will try to help. If you don't and you just want to sit in ashes and gnash your teeth in Lamentations and sackcloth, just say, "F you Six", and I will never bother you again.

Yup. The guy has been running freight at sub standard rates while violating hos in order to turn a profit but thinks the problem is the elog.

Elogs don't make people drive like idiots. Their bad decisions do that.

So the reason all the foreigners in Chicago with their different colored hoods drive like maniacs the last 10 years is because they had elogs?

They won't stop pushing it on the drivers as long as the drivers allow it. Simple solution. Stop servicing those customers and get better ones. only when they have trouble covering those loads will they reevaluate what they can do on their end.

You ever sit waiting to be unloaded/loaded, run out of your fourteen and have hours on your drive time left?

I will answer in my personal experience, as I do local and have used the 16 myself.

The answer is never! The few times it gets close on the 14, I've brought the load back to the yard instead of going to the receiver. The once or twice a driver has gotten close to the 16 because of a receiver, the trailer was left and the driver bobtailed back to the yard and someone else went and got the trailer.
