Been waiting on one box going on 4 months now

On a container ship floating in the L.A. harbor? For months, I bet. I think we're going to see a LOT more of this.

 

I was pretty quiet for a long time while everyone busted my balls over my yard full of old junk and antiques. Getting pretty hard to bite my tongue now though. I find it all pretty entertaining honestly.

 

I gave up on one box last year and just parked the truck. At that time one box was on back order with unknown waiting time

 

Old truck parts are like gold these days. Actually been debating parting out my old KW. Probably make 5x what its worth just in good parts.

 

You’d be burying coffee cans full of cash before the truck was all gone. I could screw 2 together out of the pile behind the shop. I was going to build a couple of trucks out of that. Don’t dare now, that became the parts dept for mine.

 

Freightliner's don't really cooperate with other Freightliner's that aren't in their dealership network.

There could be one in the state next to you on the shelf. You must be very proactive and search yourself.

Get the part number and start making phone calls.

 

There are other non freightliner options for one box .

 

Just for a reference, they are finding Halloween candy on ships just now being unloaded, so im sure your box is out there too...

 

CPC went out on second truck first week of November.

0 in the nation.

$1100 new. Used one on ebay for $5K.

Ordered new one.

Last week in November, wrecker calls, somebody crashed, used one 400K miles, $1100. We'll take it.
