    I had a six pack in my sleeper and got a 1000 fine. Big deal if I want to keep it back there to drink while off duty. Thats where I freaking live. I cant find out if they give a suspension for this or not. If they do its ########!

    Dude this has been a rule since the dinosaurs were trucking (work with me here). You're not allowed to have alcohol in a CMV unless you're hauling it in the trailer, that's it, end of story.

    Wow...sounds like a good way to have serious problems with the law...I didn't think anyone would carry alcohol in their sleeper anymore. Put it in the trailer or leave it behind.

    So the next post from him will be looking for a new job because the last company let him go over having beer in the sleeper...
