Before complaining about a company

    I think jakebrake58 hit the nail on the head, any industry is what you make of it. Do your best, keep a good mental attitude, work hard, plan ahead and don't try to shortcut everything. YOU accepted the position, YOU agreed to move the load, YOU agreed to be on time and intact, unless there is an outside factor that prevents YOU from doing it, DO IT.

    I'm lucky in that I've paid my dues and am now working for a company that I like, but I started my second go around in this industry with a company that wasn't the greatest and made that into a decent gig long term. Was it all sweetness and light, of course not, but even the new company isn't that and I accept it and move on. If there are legimate reasons to complain be vocal, but reasonable with the chain of command and you will get much further than if you scream over the silly things.

    Remember my granddads second favorite saying "attitude is altitude"
