    No, no retesting. Just gotta pay for the transfer. It's less than $10 for most states.

    So, of any of the current Prime drivers that have read this thread, any of y'all PSD trainers? More importantly, any of y'all coming into SpringMo in the next week or two? :D I want to avoid being a long term waiter here if I can help it.

    Maybe not in Tennessee, but Massachusetts and Illinois require that you retake the written and practical tests when transferring a new CDL. Pays not to be residing in MA or IL!

    Yeah. I was told about that. I was referring to a new policy that Brooke enacted where everybody in PSD has to have a MO learner's permit for PSD. Folks who got their permit in their home states have to transfer it to MO, no exceptions.

    It did go well and I am about to roll this morning. I lucked out and got an instructor right away and he lives only about 90 minutes from me. That will help quite a bit when it comes to getting home during TNT after PSD is over with.

    Thanks for the well wishing. I gotta say, it was one thing to be away from home when I was in the hotel during orientation. After just a couple of days on the road, this sucks. I am locked into my path at this point, so I will keep pushing through, but I hate being away from my wife and kid.
