That's where the problem lies, many of these so called load planners don't even start looking for a load till the driver is empty. Then some of the drivers are just plain forgotton. So why aren't you still with TMC?

TMC is a flat bed company based out of I think Des Moines,Ia.They have excellent equipment.Drivers are required to keep their trks looking shiny and I think they have it washed once a week.Heard mechanics go over the trk everytime they're at the terminal and get bonuses for clean trks inside and out and deduct pay for dirty trks.Is that about right Richter?Heard the miles are there though so that's the main thing.

I would start putting application at walmart, best buy, kohls, sears, ross and everywhere i will do 2 jobs to take care of my bills instead of going into training with a mega carrier for 350$ a week i mean think about how you gonna take care of your bills and once you get them reduced you can think about going into trucking training and stuff otherwise you will lost your house, your car and ended up in living in a company truck how about if you get fired lol

Get your knee fixed, then get started. You worry too much. While your knee is healing, study for your CDL. Do the practice tests which are on this website. Study for tanker & hazmat endorsements if you want to make good money. Get TWIC (Google for info.) which will help land a better paying job. Make sure your blood pressure & sugar levels are ok & using medication for these is ok also. After all this, you will be ready to begin your new career.

If your doctor says you shouldn't go back to the factory after knee surgery, you might get funding for CDL school through the state unemployment office.
