    If I were to speculate, I would suggest that if a truck for a specific carrier is available to be dispatched to all 48 states, some of which have chaining laws, then that vehicle would have chains in it's possesion.

    That being the case, these drivers could chain up, and move their rigs.

    The state uses chains on the vehicles that move snow, so I don't think they would mind a few tractors limping off the highway.

    I can do some amazing things with a computer, but thats not one of them haha

    AT, you need to install Acrobat Distiller as an available printer for your computer. It's possible that it's a free download.

    I use to convert drawings from CAD programs into PDF files because many customers I had to deal with (we're talking robot biz here) did not have a copy of the CAD program I used to create the drawing. But just about everybody has Adobe Acrobat. :yes2557:
