    Thanks Lilbit. :biggrin_25514:

I had a feeling they'd call this morning. I've been waiting a lot of years for my chance to drive. I know I'll enjoy it.

I will post my progress here whenever I get the chance.

    Lilbit Thanks this.

Did you already do your fingerprint and background check? Think you have to do that before your test. At least that's what I was told lol. No class again today but we're going to have class on Monday now so we'll get a full week next week. Not worried, it's all bookwork anyway. I'm sure I'd pass the permit tests today if I wanted to go do them. :biggrin_25525:

    Good luck Randy and Susan!

How'd I miss this post? Pox upon me.

The best analogy I can think of would be like flying in a plane and you're given two choices: Stay in your seat until the plane lands; Strap on this parachute and hit the seal.

    I choose parachute. :biggrin_25526:

Not that I condone lack of safety, but the thrill of adventure. :yes2557:

    Does that make me crazy?:biggrin_2556:

Hey Sammycat, I haven't talked to you in a bit. :biggrin_255:

I'll be as safe as safe can be. :biggrin_25511: We still need to have that coffee, and I have to add you to the "TTR members I've met" list.

    Randy,

I was told by the Katlaw instructors that it's best to wait until you've passed your road test with the DDS before you take any tests for endorsements. Something about your CDL permit becoming invalid for a short time. I'm not clear on the details, but it might be best if you call and ask before you take the tests.

Then again, if you pass, it's a moot point. :biggrin_25525:
