Hello Everyone.

The replacement hearing aids through vocational rehab is underway, and a slow process it is.

In the meantime, I'm going to arrange for a refresher course at my school. It may not be necessary to sign on with some companies, but it will satisfy the ones who require it, so I might as well get it done while I'm waiting. This will give me the best chance for success.

Yahoo! Here we go again.

Any new news? Did you start the refresher course? Any word on the new hearing aides? Did your son make it into town yet?

Sorry if I have not been around much but I have not lost interest NOR forgotten you!! (just busy lately!)

 

Hey Sammycat.

I have the info on the refresher course and I'm ready to start but I'm waiting to get the word on when I'll get my new hearing aids. All the testing has been completed, so right now the ball is in Vocational Rehab's court.

My son is expected to be home during the last 2 weeks of April. It looks like I may still be home when he gets here. I'm happy that I'll be able to see my son, but at the same time, I'm not happy that I've been waiting around......you know what I mean?

I'll have to start the refresher soon. I've got cabin fever.
