True. As a generalization, I'd say that Canadians feel about Quebec, as Americans feel about New York.

Quebec is fine. Just ask politely to speak in English and you'll usually find that there is someone in the office that can help you.

One of my most memorable loading experiences, because of how well I was treated, was in Quebec.
It was near Sorel QC which is a very Francophone area. I asked to speak to someone in English and a young lady picked up the phone and gave me directions. The guy that loaded me knew the same two words in English that I knew in French.
Pallet and forklift.
The owner of the company arranged for me to scale at a local ready mix plant, escorted me there and PAID for it.
I tarpped the load and had lunch at a place that had eggs in every item in the menu. My kind of place!bergy Thanks this. -
