Being charged twice for same log violation

    Did they charge the motor carrier with the falsified record of duty status during a compliance review? Or did they charge you?

    You know what's going on dontcha? They need to make up for the revenue loss from the highway robbery that was going on at the weigh stations (thanx to to Federal Court overturning Capt. Urinequart's little fatigue inspection scam,) and now are hitting the companys and drivers in-state.

    Sounds to me you got busted by the fed. because of the fib. and by the state for being behind. falsifying a log is a federal offence. Levi39

    It wont be indenfinitely, only for 6 months. i would also think it would be for the one offense where the fib was. Probably beacuse the fib was not corrected and the company accepted the false log. So it's really a whole different offense if you look at it that way. I want to be right so that's how I'm going to look at it. :biggrin_25523:
