A typical brokerage firm does this.
    $1000 from a shipper.
    Broker Company takes $200 off.
    Post shipment online for $800.
    Give or take $100.

Another scammed I found is this I am leased to a carrier with about 100 trucks our fuel discount is like .50 to .55 per gallon and I have take to several companies including some of the largest and they offer .13 or .15 per gallon .40 per gallon x 500 gallons a week = 200.40 x 300 = 60,120 or 601,200 for 3000 trucks per week .
I am in the wrong part of this industry honesty gets you no where on the trucking side but the ways these guys make money off of fsc, discounts, charge backs to o/o ,who cares if there no profit in the load there's plenty in the scamming part.

Me "Work on volume then, You'll make more money"
Broker "Click" as the phone slams down pretty hard

Aren't you the same guy that used to post on "Let's Truck" about how you were always getting screwed?
    Maybe trucking isn't for you.

Not everyone has the same fuel discounts. I'm allowed to charge fuel through the guy that loads me at his local truckstop. It's a "cost plus" discount. It's whatever the rack price is plus a few cents. Some days it's 10 cents lower than current pump price, some days it's 50 cents lower. Depends on the day. I wouldn't say I'm getting scammed since I can look through my fuel tickets.

We have comdats and I can see the price for us around the country before I buy it. Right now my cost in indiana is 1.55 per gallon. If others are not getting that much and have a larger fleet then someone should loose there job , but I think that the savings is not being passed to there o/o ,. That what I been seeing checking on other company's po/o position so with. 25 fsc and fuel at 1.55 I am getting c a good deal

What a hog wash. If you need a lawyer to understand a contract then perhaps you should stay with jb swift. But it's so much easier to blame everybody else for your failures. It it?
