Who do you use? do we have anyone decent locally in Northeastern Pa besides a 3 hour trip anymore?
-
The last station I had worked on was done in Youngstown Ohio but unfortunately he relocated to Las Cruces New Mexico to avoid the cold weather

There's a guy at exit 215 off Interstate 80 that has an oscilloscope on his bench. I would try asking him to demonstrate his competence by showing you a waveform that looks exactly like the one in this picture and if he refuses to show you then I would not recommend allowing him to work on your equipment.
-
Is that guy in the hook?
-
Best bet, Carlisle, PA. Exit 52 off 81. DTB Radio112racing, davew48 and rabbiporkchop Thank this.

Used to be a Petro. Exit 215 south side of Interstate. Might be flying J now

Yes I emailed Dave and I probably will be ordering a lincoln II off of him next week with a alignment and channels ( I know cut 1 wire for channels very easy on the II, but I want it aligned properly and scoped)
he seems like a very decent person.. he also gave me a what i call good price on the radio and alignment..
We will see the work quality when it arrives.darthanubis and rabbiporkchop Thank this. -
Make sure to tell Dave you don't want volted finals or any funny stuff done to the radio. I hear he sometimes tries experimental procedures on some of the radios he does lately. Have him do it "by the book" and It should be ok.

if thats thew case ill order one stock and cut the wire myself lol and leave it alone after
rabbiporkchop Thanks this.
