Unlike you, I learn from other people's mistakes. You can learn a lot by using the search function on your screen.
Bells cb and screwdriver radio tech?

I already read that thread that you hijacked to praise your CB God , what a waste of time that was! up till you chimed in, and even after it was nothing but praise about Bells, I'm not going to reread the whole thing but if memory serves me somebody had trouble with a high-powered Galaxy and instead of sending it back to bells to have him fix it Looney-Tune got his hands on it somehow , which is the video that if you "pay attention" Looney actually says Bells is a good shop that doesn't do hack work, so a radio with an amp built in that's known to have issues was never even given back to the shop that sold it to fix? Do I got that right?..... stupid point and dismantles your argument even more

If you understood anything about linearity you would understand that mismatched components create distortion. Bells doesn't comprehend this topic. He let the radio out the door with the factory mismatched transistors like he does all of his radios. With eight final transistors in the 98vhp it's crucial that they be matched to avoid distortion but Bell doesn't seem to think so.

Guess what? You can Buy radios on eBay and Amazon also. Probably for much less and free shipping.

Nope we've already covered that ,I know you're slow but it's only like two pages back...... besides even if it is a few dollars cheaper it's that kind of scab mentality that's led to there being very few cb shops left in the first place, maybe you're happy with zero customer service you get from Amazon eBay and the workers at Wally World but I would rather pay a few bucks more and get some good customer service out of the deal.... but that's just me

I don't mind paying a few bucks more in fact I don't mind paying twice the price if I'm getting twice the value. What you said makes perfect sense assuming there's extra value which is really not the case. Why pay a few bucks more for half the performance? Better to pay less and get more don't you think? Anyway that's how my mind works getting what I pay for. I know it's a foreign concept for some people.
