The guy mentioned that he needs help getting the echo board set correctly. Rather than posting a YouTube video trying to make him sound bad because he’s a Bells customer, wouldn’t it been better for you to help him get the reverb adjusted so he did sound good? I’m not a big fan of Echo boards, but even a fine-tuned CB radio would sound this way if it had an echo board in it, and turned up too much.

I don’t believe luck has anything to do with it. I believe if you tell him how you want your radio to sound, he will make it that way, mainly because it’s what the customer wants. Obviously screwdrivers in business to make money, specially since he has a large overhead to pay for. Unfortunately because of that willingness to make the customer happy, he also includes: noise toys, echo boards etc. I think he understands the principle to make his customers happy, rather than be rude to them. It’s called staying alive in the business world unfortunately he just can’t make everybody happy.

Bells customer service is what won me over in the end, from his website to his and his employees quick responses and helpful attitudes, in the Walmart world we live in that's getting very rare these days, Plus at this point I believe he turns out an excellent product, but even if pork chop is right and fine-tune is the CB God (which I do not believe) I wouldn't take a radio from him if he gave it to me at this point, I'm just not going to support or endorse someone who treats people like he does, if I had known the whole story about the guy like I do now I would have never even tried to contacted him in the first place, but that's just me....

Have you made videos of every person you've spoken to since 1985? I suspect you have a life as do I. I don't need to make videos of anything to prove anything to myself. I only started making videos within the last couple years. There's lots of knowledge I've gained over the last 30 years that I don't have documentation for but I still have the knowledge that I've gained over that period Of time.

The people who do the worst work I going to treat you the nicest and spend the most amount of time on the phone with you sweet-talking you. The people who do the best work are going to hang up on you when you start asking a bunch of stupid questions and wasting their time. That's how it works. I've had a shop offer me free coffee and cookies just to sucker me into walking in their door but that doesn't mean they do good work. In fact that specific shop didn't know the difference between a base, emitter, and a collector, and they installed the transistor backwards on a Galaxy 99. Great customer service doesn't equate to great performance.
The best performance costs the least amount of money and the worst performance costs the most amount of money. A stock radio from Amazon or EBay will outperform Bells "tune" for less money.

So find the biggest narcissist hippie A-hole there is and that will be the best CB Tech???
Well in this backwards world we live in that actually might make sense lolll Are you and the guy from fine-tune dating? Asking for a friend...jk
Also I went back and watched the entire video of the Bells customer you put up and to be completely honest with you His Radio wasn't as bad as I first thought, I didn't even have any trouble making out what he had to say ,there was no Distortion or overmodulation that I could hear just the echo needed to be tuned down, and he actually kind of asked you for help with that because it's hard to do through the TalkBack but all you seem to do is sit there and act like you couldn't hear him and fish and angle for opportunities to praise your buddy !!, and now you try and use the video to Bash a Good Shop..... very sad man but it's all you got , once again there seems to be nobody on this form or anywhere else that I can find with a fine tune radio to give any credit to your entire argument, just you and the for mentioned narcissist out there claiming to be the best and Bashing everybody else !!..sad man that's really sad.... no hard feelings though and I would still buy you a cup of coffee anytime .... God bless you brother

That wouldn't make very much sense. What would make sense is to pay attention to the radios that hear you from the greatest possible distance and the ones that can talk to you from the greatest possible distance and find out why their radios perform the way they do. In fact what would even make more sense would be to park outside of a radio shop and listen to the so-called technician talking to his customers as they drive away and pay close attention how far they can get from his big base antenna before they lose two way communication. You can learn a lot just by listening and paying attention. If one shop consistently loses two way communication at a distance of 20 miles or less And one shop consistently loses two way communication at a distance of 30 miles or greater then obviously something can be learned from that experience and somebody would be stupid to allow the guy that always loses his customers at 20 miles or less to tamper with their radio.
Neither do I. Lots of things have been substantiated to me that you were never able to witness because you weren't there.

Well I heard your hero fine tune give props to Bells cb in one of his videos I suffered through saying they are not a hack shop and do good work!! so maybe you should " pay attention"....of course he made the radio better, I mean NO ONE can do what he can do, at this point I'm willing to lay down money that he would say he's a better driver than I am despite my 34 years and almost 4.5 million accident-free miles (at one company) pulling triples over 2 mountain passes in Montana and Idaho everyday in every kind of weather you can imagine, I mean the guy is truly a legend in his own mind...
but despite all that do you have anything to contribute to the readers here like good cb shops that are actually accessible to us common drivers? because your buddy is clearly not
