Benefits at Crete?

Crunch - it's amazing how hard it is to get information on such an important part of the overall compensation package.

Can't get a straight answer from the recruiter. Apparently no one on this board uses the CCC med benefits plan!!!!!!!!

If anyone reads this perhaps you can answer:

Who is insurance company (BC/BS of NE)?

How much does the driver pay per week (single, married, family)?

Does it have a prescription benefit?

Is it an 80/20 plan, what is the deductible (person, and family)?

What is the maximum out of pocket per year?

Is it a PPO type plan, or can you pick your doctor, hospital, etc.



The recruiter acts completely in the dark when I ask him these questions. Makes me think he either doesn't work for Crete, doesn't have/need their medical benefit, or its pretty crappy and he doesn't want to talk about it.

or maybe because he figures if the driver can't find simple info by just reading a website, how can he read to deliver a load on time without help. Go to the website and click on benefits and at the bottom is a link to the coverage and prices page with your answers. www.Cretecarrierjobs.com all the info you looking for is there.

 

I have looked at dozens of Benefit plans. Crete's is the best I have seen in the Trucking World....

 

any preexisting condition clause?and do prescriptions need to be filled at walgreens?thanx
