    Medical and retirement, two to four weeks vacation.

    The one that gets us is a guy that got married and now has a his, hers and ours type of scenario. Medical insurance on the family is insane.

    I'd be thinking about retirement and not my daily pay. You can always survive on what you make now but what happens when you get the broken down watch and shown the door?
