    I know Averitt benefits cost a good bit less than most of the other trucking co., but are they decent as far as coverage is for newbies?

    Our healthcare is Cigna and it seems to be pretty decent. We haven't used it much but all of the doctors in our area take it. Other than a minor co-pay of like 25 bucks (or somewhere in that range), we have never had to pay a bill due to something not being covered.

    new hires get ok coverage but after your 1st year you can really upgrade to some real good coverage
