I'm just going to have to insist that my boss allow a hardwire of my inverter into the new truck.
I can't freaking drink that brown water that 99.9% of the truck stops try to pass off as coffee.
Years ago, when truck stops actually used to GIVE you a cup when fueling...I carried a jar of freeze dried and added a spoon full to thier weak ### water---and I've grown to hate freeze dried.
Now-a-days, the ONLY appliance I require in my truck is a coffee maker. I am addicted to GOOD coffee...and (in my experience) I am the only one that knows how to make "good coffee".
(I'm sure some of you are as well, but I can't go from truck to truck looking for a decent cup)
I MAY end up keeping this truck just for the hardwire.
Silly, I know.

I just get up from the table and go to the coffee machine and pour my coffee

I'm happy for you @Bakerman but that doesn't mean it's "good" coffee. Especially if your company buys those ridiculous 'premeasured' coffee pouches like those particular pots are well known for.
rabbiporkchop Thanks this. -
This link might be of interest . Though it pulls 25 amps, more than a standard lighter plug will supply

A little bit of espresso goes a long way.
