How much to buy a KT unit off you?

 

My employer uses BigRoad, as for the IFTA, that out of my league. But the rest, as for getting disconnected driving down the road, not sure what they mean. BR is cell phone based, are losing cell connection? That is possible in remote area’s but that’s no different that QualComm if they use cell. Or, are they losing connection between their cell phone and the truck? With BR, you supposed to keep your cell phone plugged into power at all times, for best performance.

 

I use LoadTrek and don't have any complaints. It has tracking, reports, ifta, payroll, dispatching software, everything in one place. They use 4G equipment and are out of WI. All ELDs use cell so if you're in a bad cell area then they will drop signal, they all do that just like a cell phone. At least with LoadTrek when that happens it'll back fill all the info when it gets signal because it stores on the device in the truck. The ELD in the truck will have the correct times in even if it loses cell service.
