best endorsements

If your gonna pull a flatbed, some states, ny, al and maybe a few others require you to have a metals or coils endorsement. Example- im from jersey which doesnt require one, so i can a haul coil thru ny. Someone from ny without it can haul a coil thru jersey but not ny. I think i remember hearing at orientaion last year that alabama started it because too many local drivers were poorly securing them and having em roll right off the truck.
