I’ve always used my business credit card but most of the time if I use it at the pump it’s not accepted or can only pump 100$ worth of fuel so always have to go inside and prepay. Curious what the best fuel/fleet card owner ops use ? Usually only see loves and pilots around the areas I run. Do get fuel at the mom and pops quite a bit as well. I also use Mudflap as well when I can

Mud flap app on the road, and a skid tank at the yard is what I use
Opendeckin and Brandon0928 Thank this. -
NASTC and pilot acct with NASTC competitor pricing thru RTS. I use them interchangeably.

Depends on where you run
TSD seems to have better deals out west. Not as great where I live now. Still beats mudflap most of the time -
We used tcs and fleetone. We get good deals better than Mudflap. On the average we saved . .35 to 1.50 less than retail

TCS. Not willing to pay NASTC their fees but I'd jump on them in a heartbeat if they would come off that silly training and BS they make new folks do nowadays.
I called recently and the lady wanted offer me about 20 different things. Just gimme the cheap fuel and don't make me jump through hoops for it! -
And then theres the transparency issue. Mudflap, check app, see best places along the route to fuel, fuel, takes less than a minute
fleetone, nastc, look at app, get frustrated with nonfunctional app, try to use online site, be frustrated with that for 20 minutes. End up fueling and praying your discount is decent , be in the dark about what you ACTUALLY are paying till the settlement comes through 2 or 3 weeks later.cke and Dadetrucking305 Thank this. -
Siinman Thanks this.
