    Might be a throttled download speed... I'm on Verizon LTE and, depending where I am and time of day, I've seen some awesome numbers that rival cable at times. But their data is a bit too pricey for me to even consider streaming.

    What can one do with a Jailbroken Fire Stick? We use one at home and I do like it a lot.

    Precisely why I purchased the grandfathered unlimited data plan off eBay. No throttling after you reach a certain data limit.

    If you are getting the numbers that you posted above, you are already being throttled.

    Ok well throttled or not, 5 mbps is plenty fast enough for streaming. Why would anyone need more speed than that on a truck?

    The plan I used to have would throttle me down to 2g after 10 gig. I've used 25 gigs so far this month on the Verizon MiFi
