I've been in a similar situation. Been out of trucking for a little over a year and work history is a little shaky as well. CRE wanted me to go through 2.5 months of training, Western Express wanted me to do two weeks, and Knight said come on over and we'll seat you in your own truck right away after orientation. Needless to say I'm headed to Knight.
