    I believe that with Schneiders percentage program, you need to have at least a year of being an Owner Op before you can get into it.

    Leases can be hard to be successful at. The best lease I have seen is at Perkins Specialized. I think this one only works because 1/2 their freight has high rates. I have to tail gate the load half the time, but the accessorial pay is awesome and I can have my truck paid off in 3 years. Payment is $350. I make gross at least $3,000 a week. Net is about $1,200. I work hard, but happy with the lease so far. Been here 2 months.
